1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flezi AgentBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including guests, registered users, and agent creators.
2. Description of Service
Flezi AgentBox provides an AI agent marketplace where users can discover, create, and execute AI agents. The platform includes a visual Builder Lab, sandboxed execution environment, MCP IDE integration, and community features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Flezi AgentBox to create or distribute agents that are malicious, infringe on intellectual property, violate applicable laws, or harm other users. We reserve the right to remove agents and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of agents you create on Flezi AgentBox. By publishing an agent on the marketplace, you grant Flezi AgentBox a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it through the platform. The Flezi AgentBox platform, its code, and branding are proprietary.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flezi AgentBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from agent execution, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API failures. Use of LLM provider keys is at your own risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published agents will be removed from the marketplace.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
